Expressive Messages On T-Shirts
It started off as a standard form of marketing around the 1970´s by companies like Coca- Cola and Disney. It didn´t florish though until the 1980´s when T-shirts with bold slogans were popular in the UK.
Around the late 1980´s and the 1990´s T-shirts with projections of designer names became really popular to teengers and young adults the main reason for this was because they were inexpensive but also they where decorative. Here are some of the examples of designer T-Shirt branding:
